Fashion Versus Comfort

Fashion is different for different women. Some women may like to keep it simple and sober, whereas others may like to dress up ostentatiously in order to stand out and get noticed by the people around. In both the cases, women have tried to make a statement with their dressing sense. Fashion is actually a way to express ones individuality and personal style. However, women must make sure that their sense of style should be in sync with their persona in order to carry it off. They should know what suits them and what not rather than following the trends blindly.

Comfort is one of the most important criteria that women need to consider before selecting an outfit or an accessory. They should feel comfortable in the clothes they wear and accessories they adorn. In order to make a style statement, a woman does not necessarily need to follow other women. They must know their body type in order to select appropriate clothes in which they feel comfortable and confident.

Women need to dress up according to their age, complexion and physique. For instance, women who are on the heavier side should wear dark colors especially blacks which would make them look slimmer and graceful whereas light colors would only make them look even more bulky. Women should avoid wearing tight clothes which are actually smaller than their actual size as these look hideous and untrendy. It is therefore important for every woman to select clothes as per their actual size and which are neither too tight nor too loose.

In order to be dressed comfortably a woman not only needs to select the right kind of clothing but also teaming those clothes with aesthetically designed accessories. For instance, women love wearing jewelry. However, they sometimes tend to overdo it by adorning flashy and gaudy jewelry. Jewelry needs to be simple and elegant to enhance a woman's beauty. It should be gracefully designed to make women look attractive and appealing. Similarly, in case of handbags too, one needs to be extremely cautious in making a choice. A woman must buy a bag that goes well with her personality. For instance, tall and slim women can go for round or slouchy handbags. Similarly, plus size women should avoid extremely small bags and go for bags that are in proportion to their body shape.

Comfort is a relative term. It differs from person to person. For instance, a piece of clothing may look really good on one woman but that does not mean it may look equally good on another woman. In order to look trendy one does not necessarily has to wear something that does not suit one. They need to make sure that whether they have the confidence and personality to carry off a particular clothing style.

A woman cannot enhance her personality by just wearing designer clothes and branded shoes or other accessories. They should feel comfortable too. If a woman is uncomfortable in her apparel, it is quite evident through her face and lost confidence. It is highly important to make a style statement without compromising on the comfort level.
