Caring For Leather Ladies Purses

You need to take care of your genuine and expensive leather ladies purses if you want them to last you for a long time. They are one of a kind and the original ladies purses are very pricey so this is why we need to take care of them when they are in use and when they are not in use. There is a very simple way of taking care of these bags with things that you can find around in the house. You need to make sure that you clean and store the bags properly away when you do not need to use them.

This way the life span of the leather will be longer and they will not wear or tear. By storing them properly they will look brand new every time you use them. When you are not using your bag what you can do is stuff it with tissue paper. This will help maintain the original shape of the bag. However, if you are keeping away bags due to the end of a season then you need to stuff them with folded scarves and gloves.

This way all the winter accessories will all be in one place and the leather bags will not be damaged. You can also keep them in breathable bags and remember never to use plastic bags for storage. If the leather bags do not have room to breathe and are in an air tight space then mildew and mold will form on them. To shine your leather purses you can use the banana peel's inside. You can gently rub in onto the bags and then wipe it off with a soft cloth.

If there is a stain on a brown or black bag then take a matching marker and color in the stain. Afterwards, take a few drops of olive oil and rub where the stain was. If the leather bag has become brittle and hard then you can also use olive oil to soften the material. Never leave your leather bags on the floor or in the floor of your vehicle. Not every floor is clean in the house or at other places where we visit.

Bathroom floors, kitchen counters, departmental stores and restaurant floors are places where you should never keep your leather bag. By following these simple pointers you can surely take care of your leather bag in the best possible way and increase its life span.
